This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Yelmarionex ("we," "us," or "our") offers refunds for services purchased through our online educational platform at yelmarionex.com.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Individual Sessions

Refunds for individual online sessions may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time
  • Technical issues on our platform prevented access to the session, and alternative arrangements could not be made
  • The instructor failed to attend the scheduled session without prior notice

1.2 Group Sessions

Refunds for group sessions are available when:

  • Cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
  • The session was cancelled by us due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability
  • Technical difficulties prevented the majority of participants from accessing the session

1.3 Course Packages and Learning Paths

For pre-purchased course packages or personalized learning paths:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended
  • Partial refund may be issued for unused sessions if requested within 30 days of purchase
  • No refunds will be provided once more than 50% of sessions have been completed

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice period
  • No-show situations where the student failed to attend without prior cancellation
  • Subscription fees after the initial 14-day period has elapsed
  • Digital materials or resources that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Services purchased during promotional periods marked as non-refundable

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request

To request a refund, you must:

  • Provide your full name, account information, and order number
  • Clearly state the reason for your refund request
  • Include any supporting documentation if applicable

3.2 Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:

  • For course packages where some sessions have been attended, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
  • If service quality did not meet stated standards, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion
  • Administrative fees and costs for completed sessions will be deducted from the refund amount

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties during a session:

  • Report the issue immediately through our support channels
  • We will attempt to resolve the problem or reschedule the session
  • A refund will only be issued if the issue cannot be resolved and no alternative arrangement can be made
  • Evidence of the technical issue may be required for refund approval

6. Instructor Cancellations

When a session is cancelled by the instructor or our platform:

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund for that session will be provided
  • Refunds will be processed automatically within 5 business days

7. Subscription Services

7.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months
  • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period

7.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if no services have been used
  • After 14 days, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused months, minus a 20% administrative fee
  • No refunds available after 6 months from the subscription start date

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refund requests based on:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Unexpected life events

Will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required, and decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

9. Refund Method

All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We do not offer:

  • Refunds to different payment methods or accounts
  • Cash refunds for card or electronic payments
  • Transfers to third-party accounts

10. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  • You may submit an appeal within 30 days of the initial decision
  • Include any additional information or documentation that supports your case
  • Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of our team
  • The decision on appeals is final
